Nice piece, Tom! This also highlights that we’re all different and perform best at different hours of the day. I totally agree with listening to your body, if you have the flexibility to do so. When we’re tired, we sleep-walk through the day and definitely don't produce what we’re really capable of. For those people who have to wake up early, a mid-day power nap is also worth trying.
